This is a great curl bar. I previously had a shorter curl bar but decided to get an upgraded rackable one. After looking at a few other bigger name brands, I decided on this one. The 30mm is a plus compared to the usual 28.5 on most. The rackable feature makes it so much versatile and easier to use in my garage gym. I use it for curls, JM presses, skull crushers and overhead tricep extensions. This bar is extremely well made and I received it in good condition. If I could choose one thing to improve it would be to make the entire grip area knurled for use during close grip curls. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone in the market for this type of bar.
Definitely 5 stars. Glad I picked it over the REP version. But the Zinc coating is a little slick if your hands are sweaty. Kind of wish they had a bare steel version.
