I have to admit i was starting to use the powerblocks less until i added the steel knurled handles now i find every reason to use my improved set of Powerblocks.
I had done my due diligence when ordering these. Based on reviews I was between these and the griffin fitness handles. Other companies couldn't get handles to me with what would be there most aggressive knurling till March/April. I ordered both these stainless ones and the Griffins (thinking are these that much better to justify the extra $50) and I immediately put the Griffins back in the box and returned them. Out of the box, the knurling on these is actually a bit more aggressive than my Rogue Ohio Power Bar. Buy these and never look back.
Also note the customer service here is awesome. Quick to respond with install questions and of course the hand-written note in the box is a legit nice touch.
Talk about breathing new life into these dumbbells. These handles are EXCELLENT. I knew the knurling would be aggressive, but these grips feel simultaneously rough and comfortable. Highly recommended. I might have to grab a second cerakoted pair at some point down the line.
