These pins have small scratches or small "chips" from the machining or minor finish flaws. They may also have Cerakote flaws and/or chips from magnet installs. Some Bare Steel pins may have developed light rust from testing. They are considered #2 products, but their function and purpose remain just as sturdy as the #1 products. These are sold at a 15% discount. All sales are final on this item and no returns/exchanges are accepted. 

NOTE: these pins come with a pre determined decal so there is no guarantee as to which decal you will receive. It will be either the Classic Black, USA Skull, or the TCS + BSE decal unless otherwise noted.
