Steel Reaper Deadlift Bar

I am always a bit skeptical ordering from smaller companies when I can’t find a ton of reviews about their products. But I took a chance on the Steel Reaper Deadlift bar and am 100% glad that I did. The build quality is awesome, and the knurling is probably my favorite of any bar I’ve used. Very aggressive and easy to hold on to, but without feeling like you’re going to tear your hands apart. Can’t really compare to any other deadlift bars as I’ve only used power bars in the past, but I will say it feels really nice to deadlift on. If you’re on the fence, go for it. Customer service is great as well. I had a question after I placed my order, and they got back to me super quickly. All around great product and definitely will continue to buy from them

It’s a well made barbell with tight tolerances. I find this bar to have the flex and whip somewhere in between the Texas DL bar and the Kabuki DL bar. This bar has and nice aggressive knurl but I find it more grippy feeling than sharp like the two other DL i mentioned. It provides a good grip and also takes chalk well. I think guys that use hook grip will like it even more because it provides a good grip but won’t tear up your hands a much as the other sharper bar out there. One thing I would like to see changed would be the stoping the knurling about 5 inches or so from the end of sleeves and having a smooth section on the shaft to allow for things like banded DL work. All in All Great bar!
