Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom orders, such as hard chrome and Cerakote finishes, require additional processing time and may take 3-6 weeks depending on the specifics of the order.

  • Made-to-order and highly customized items may take anywhere from 10-16 weeks for completion. More accurate lead times are specified on the individual product pages or can be validated via email.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Most shipments will be sent via UPS or USPS.

  • Orders fulfilled by outside vendors may use a different shipping service provider.

  • Shipping is free in 48 contiguous United States.

  • Other paid options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally, and customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within two (2) days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement. Please keep documents and take pictures of any damage as that will assist us in filing the claim.
