Just over a year ago I ordered version 1.0 of the Iron Legend Handle. Sadly I returned it. I thought the knurling should be more aggressive, and stated that reason for my return. One year later Version 2.0 has the aggressive knurl I was looking for. I could be mistaken but the size of the handle seems larger too. A nice addition to my functional trainer.
I got my handle yesterday and was impressed by the weight of it. Solid aggressively knurled handles with a thicker grip. This handle will work really well for neutral grip pulldowns and cable rows.
The handle is heavy duty old school no BS with the upgraded stainless steel aggressive knerling handles.
The neutral grip will allow you to pull more weight and will give your back and biceps a brutal workout💪
This handle is built solid ran it through set after set from sitting rows to lat pull down with light to heavy poundage. It felt great but after a few workouts the chrome finish started peeling not a big deal but I don't wear lifitng gloves or anything and chrome finish slivers started sticking into my hands when I was done I had to use tweezers for the stubborn silver slivers in my hands. Not a big deal but for the price it shouldnt be peeling off into my hands four workouts later.
