Hammer Handle

Great product would recommend good replacement for rope attachment which I never used because I prefer using aggressive steel in the gym the knurl is perfect very good quality control quite deep and aggressive knurl which im a fan of I use chains between the carabiners sometimes depending what I'm doing the rubber balls are a great idea stops the knurl from hitting things and potentially make it less aggressive hopefully bare steel equipment comes out with more products like this

Bought this mainly due to my frustrations, dislikes of using typical triceps ropes for hammer curls, pinwheel curls mostly (neutral position stuff). For triceps exercises, I’ve moved to using stirrup type handles (d rings, triceps ropes just don’t feel as smooth and grip is an issue as I prefer using a suicide grip when possible)

Onto the actual hammer attachment…quality is amazing; very robust and I like the somewhat aggressive knurling (grip is no issue and there are no issues with the attachment interfering with the cable path even at extreme angles)

It’s a great attachment for hammer curls, pinwheel curls, triceps extensions of all varieties, reverse flies, iron cross, etc.

My gripe is the steep cost and opportunity cost vs say a triceps strap as an alternative attachment (even more versatile than the bare steel hammer grip with additional lat focused exercise utility)

They are perfect size, aggressive knurled, providing great grip. On the downsize, a little bit expensive.

Very nice piece, the grip is amazing and holding it feels really good. My only complaint is that the Baresteel logo is not present...such a cool logo. Also, should have bought 2 instead of 1!

I received my hammer handle today and immediately noticed the high quality that went into it. The knurling is aggressive for a secure grip, and the diameter is the same as a squat bar, which will help with grip strength as well. Very satisfied.
