The Plate Loaded Extensions are the perfect item to help you extend your sessions on plate loaded machines. Whether it’s at the commercial gym or garage gym, these are sure to push you to a new lever. Don't allow the limited sleeve length limit your own gains. The weight machine extension allows for 6" of additional plate loaded space by inserting the smaller end into the weight sleeve of your existing machine.

They are made to fit the most common plate loaded machines among many others! These can be custom made according to your machine's inside and outside post diameter.
